1. I don't live in the US. How can I buy the ebook?

You can buy the ebook from anywhere in the world by credit card or PayPal. Your bank statement will show your purchase in your currency, which will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the day of purchase. You can check today's exchange rate here.

2. Which cards are accepted?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, JCB, PayPal and, if you live in the US, by online check.

3. How secure is the online payment system?

All payments are processed by ClickBank, the internet’s largest on-line distribution centre for electronic products. Full security details can be viewed at www.clickbank.com/legal/

ClickBank uses sophisticated international fraud control to screen all purchases. For maximum card security, all orders are sent directly to the banking network for immediate authorization.

When you place your order online your payment details will be automatically processed within seconds and you will be taken to a page where you click on a link to download your ebook.

7. What if I buy an ebook and the download doesn't happen?

If you experience any difficulties, simply email Michael at Michael@dream.net.au quoting your order number and he will organize delivery of your ebook.

8. If I buy an ebook, do I need a special program to read it?

You will need Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you don't have this, you can download a copy for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the prompts. (Our ebooks are also easy to read on your iPhone, requiring no special software.)

9. So if I buy an ebook I don't need to read it online?

Our ebooks are formatted for fast printing and easy reading, so you can print them out and read them away from your computer at your leisure. You might want to bind them and add blank pages at the end for your notes.

Or you can read your ebook on your computer screen, on or offline, if you save your file to your hard drive as soon as your download it.
